One of the tallest buildings on Columbia Street during the Edwardian Era, the Trapp block formerly housed a warehouse and offices. The reinvented commercial level of Trapp + Holbrook are re-designed with extensive floor to ceiling glazing, while the building facade remains its historic look. Today, the Trapp and Holbrook blocks remain as much of a landmark in the fabric of New Westminster’s historic district today as they did over 100 years ago.
