Fountain Court is a premium, A-class campus style office park located high above the northeast intersection of Glenmore Trail and Blackfoot Trail.
The project feature three separate buildings, totalling more than 90,000 square feet of rentable office space and served by 257 parking stalls. Buildings 2 (17,628 square feet) and 3 (14,073 square feet) are two-storey new structures built on the wild grass escarpment, with floor-to-ceiling windows and nine-foot ceilings. Facades will be modern brick and metal architectural panels. The interiors allow for maximum flexibility and efficiency for a variety of layout options.
