Project Description

Fountain Court is a premium, A-class campus style office park located high above the northeast intersection of Glenmore Trail and Blackfoot Trail. The project feature three separate buildings, totalling more than 90,000 square feet of rentable office space and served by 257 parking stalls. Buildings 2 (17,628 square feet) and 3 (14,073 square feet) are two-storey new structures built on the wild grass escarpment, with floor-to-ceiling windows and nine-foot ceilings. Facades will be modern brick and metal architectural panels. The interiors allow for maximum flexibility and efficiency for a variety of layout options.

Project Description

It is a 45,000 sq.ft four storey mixed-use development features two levels of underground parking, three floors of office space and retail on two floors.

This state-of-the-art office building is constructed to the highest energy efficiency standards. Its energy conservation measures including increased insulation in the building envelope, high performance windows and energy recovery ventilator with exhaust air heat recovery. It could save up to 46% energy cost savings over the same sized baseline building;

The use of spandrel glass and sunshades give a modern touch to the building and beautifully complement the surrounding Newton community.
