The largest land border duty free store in Canada, Peace Arch Duty Free Shop is designed with an array of floor-to-ceiling curtain wall, where it brings natural day light into the building. Inside the shop it features Cirque du Soleil bronze sculptures and murals painted by local artists, outside of the shop it has beautiful garden and sparkling water fountains. It is a good place for a relaxing break during the trip.

Project Description

Fountain Court is a premium, A-class campus style office park located high above the northeast intersection of Glenmore Trail and Blackfoot Trail. The project feature three separate buildings, totalling more than 90,000 square feet of rentable office space and served by 257 parking stalls. Buildings 2 (17,628 square feet) and 3 (14,073 square feet) are two-storey new structures built on the wild grass escarpment, with floor-to-ceiling windows and nine-foot ceilings. Facades will be modern brick and metal architectural panels. The interiors allow for maximum flexibility and efficiency for a variety of layout options.

Project Description

Prelude is a mixed-use building with 52 residential units and a single level of commercial space, located on Vancouver’s beautiful Cambie corridor. The retail space uses standard curtain wall with insulated glazing mounted. A long strip of canopy is installed to provide cover for pedestrian. The contemporary architectural design brings a crisp and clean vibe to its neighborhood.
